PROCESSING TIME

All press-on nail sets are handmade and made to order. Once your order is placed, we begin creating your set. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

SHIPPING TIMES

Standard shipping typically takes 8–9 business days after your order has been shipped.

Customers who purchase expedited shipping can expect delivery within 5–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and complexity of the order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Gracely Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you experience delivery issues.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, please contact us immediately at melannieediaz@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
