REFUND POLICY

At Gracely Co, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation. Please include a clear photo of the product when requesting a return so we can better assist you.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders.

Please note: Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We carefully inspect every product before it ships. While we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping or delivery, please reach out to us with your order information so we can review the issue and assist with a replacement if necessary.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized press-on nail sets
• Used or worn press-on nails
• Sale items
• Gift cards

EXCHANGES

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not offer exchanges on any products.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
